Be inspired. Feel supported.

We are committed to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome and has opportunities for growth. We’re working to make PepsiCo a place where women feel supported and have equity across the board.

Our policies and benefits are designed to help everyone who works here feel supported. It’s all part of making PepsiCo a place where everyone has a voice.

Support

We believe in all-around well-being. We offer programs to help achieve that, including Work that Works, which allows PepsiCo’s corporate associates and their managers to choose what work can be done remotely and what needs to be done in their PepsiCo office.

Mentorship

Supporting women helps drive our success—and yours. We offer a number of formalized global and local mentorship programs, including our Transformational Leadership Program, which helps women elevate their business impact, and our INSPIRA Talent Development Program, which helps women in Latin America accelerate their career growth.

Learning and development

At PepsiCo, we give women opportunities for continued growth and development. For example, our Pinnacle Group strengthens female sales talent through career development and leadership training. We also created a Global Female Sponsorship Taskforce with an aim to build a framework and toolkit that will enable our global leadership teams to accelerate key female talent.

We’re committed to gender parity

In 2016, PepsiCo publicly pledged to reach gender parity in management by 2025. With this goal in mind, we’ve endorsed the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles–Equality Means Business and signed the 2016 White House Equal Pay Pledge. As of 2020, we have implemented equal pay review processes in 71 countries that collectively make up more than 99 percent of our salaried employee population.
