And we provide an inclusive environment

At PepsiCo, you’ll find a culture where everyone has a space to be themselves. Because only when we are open about our identity, our story, our highs and our lows, can we deliver more smiles and build a better workplace for our people and better world for our business partners and communities.

Raising the bar on talent and diversity

We’ve set important goals as we strive to become a company that better reflects the diversity of all the places we do business around the world.

• We implemented mandatory Unconscious Bias and Inclusive Leadership Training for our U.S. executives and have achieved 100% completion.

• Our PepsiACT (Achieving Change Together) initiative, a partnership with nonprofit Disability Solutions Ability Beyond, enhances recruitment for people with disabilities and has trained 150+ managers and supervisors.

• Since 2015, more than 850 women have participated in our global Transformational Leadership Program (TLP), which is building a strong network of women leaders.

Our racial equality journey

At PepsiCo, we believe in elevating diverse voices within our company, our supply chain partners and our communities while helping break down longstanding racial barriers. In 2020, PepsiCo announced our Racial Equality Journey (REJ) Initiative to dismantle systemic racial barriers in Black and Hispanic communities. It’s a journey that we’ve just begun, and we know there’s much more work to do.

From diversity to equity and inclusion

At PepsiCo, we know that our company can only succeed when our associates and the society we serve flourishes.
